20 Ukrainians evacuated from Syria

Ukraine has evacuated other 20 citizens from Syria and also one Syrian citizen, according to Alexandr Dikusarov, Press Secretary of Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The special airplane with evacuated Ukrainians arrived today, on 16 October, in Kyiv Boryspil International Airport.

Mr. Dikusarov also said that there are 11 adult citizens and 9 children among those evacuated. Most of Ukrainian citizens have been evacuated from Aleppo and Damascus.

 

We would also remind that Ukraine has already evacuated 29 its citizens from Syrian Aleppo and Damascus. Generally 452 Ukrainians and 40 citizens of other states have been evacuated from Syria with the help of Ukraine.
