Ukrainian Central Election Commission distributed 1,2 billion UAH for preparation and conducting the parliamentary election

Ukraine’s Central Election Commission approved today, on 25 August 2012, the distribution the part of the national state’s budget of Ukraine for the preparation and conducting the upcoming parliamentary elections which will be held this autumn. It’s general amount is 1 billion 212,4 million UAH, according to the press-secretary of the Commission.

This amount is divided into several parts, set for the needs of the governorates and districts election commissions; there are also special reserve funds provided for the conducting of the election.

In addition to that the special norms of expenses for the governorates and districts election commissions are also approved.

It is worth mentioning that this year’s election expenses will be 1 billion UAH more. It is the costs for the conducting of the video supervision of the election process.
